This website is dedicated to raise awareness regarding the Cold Valley incident

In 1909, a national park in (REDACTED) was involved in a mining accident that caused the death of over five hundred individual Cerfillant deer, a colourful species native to the park. This species is now classified as extinct due to the accident. Among these creatures, a young buck, the first in over twenty years, was lost. Over the years, his death grew more and more infruating. This Cerfillant has been named 'Flight', and he serves as a sort of icon amongst conservationists.
